I have never done exercise before, have not done any exercise for quite some time, or I’ve put on a substantial amount of weight, will this program be suitable for me?

Most definitely! Joining our program will be a fantastic way to either start, or get back into, exercise, and shed all those unwanted kilos in a safe and healthy way. Not only that but you will be surrounded by people who are in the same position as you, so you don’t have to do it alone!

I have been exercising a little bit but nothing major, and am looking for a good platform to further my current exercise regime and then maybe even step it up a little bit once I get to a higher fitness level, is this program suitable for me?

Joining our 8 Week Program will work for you! The program ranges from people who have no fitness behind them at all, to those who only have a little bit of fitness behind them, up to those who are really after a good push and kick up the bum. Our programs are specifically tailored to suit a range of fitness levels so you can adapt as you see fit.

I am of the middle-aged or older generation – is this 8 Week Challenge suitable for me?

Yes!! Don’t stress about not having any fitness behind you, having sore/aching body parts, or not being able to keep up with the group. Our  programs are designed for a wide range of fitness levels whether young or old! You’ll all be in similar positions, and we can cater for any body type/fitness level, so please don’t sit it out just because you think you “can’t” do it (because we know you CAN), or are embarrassed of being unfit – I GUARANTEE you, you won’t be the only one!! 🙂

What do I need to bring to sessions/bootcamp?

Every session: Waterbottle, & towel or outdoor yoga mat (this is for our ‘on the ground’ work).

— Also needed for many sessions throughout the program:

  • Dumbbells (beginners are recommended to start with 2.5-3 kg dumbbells & intermediates are recommended to start with 4-5kg dumbbells) – limited spares available if you do not have weights (first in best dressed on the day).
  • Boxing glove INSERTS (for hygiene reasons) & boxing pads – limited spare boxing pads available if you do not have any (first in best dressed on the day).
  • Skipping rope – limited spare skipping ropes available if you do not have one (first in best dressed on the day).
