“If you want to have fun whilst you train and see great results you need to join Mel’s bootcamps. Small group training that has such a fun and friendly atmosphere!!! I completed 3 rounds of boot camp (first one I was very unfit) and felt challenged till the end. I easily lose motivation in diet and exercise but not with this boot camp. Never did the same work out twice (except fitness tests) and was kept motivated for over 30 weeks! Cannot recommend more highly!”
