Fit From The Core is about physical health, and also about the promotion of psychological health, emotional resilience, and well-being. Our Vision recognises a state of being where one is fit and healthy from the core (internal/mental well-being) all the way to the exterior (external/physical well-being). Your journey will be facilitated by myself, and by your fellow training partners, who will also be helping you, not only as an individual, but as a team, to achieve your goals. Specialised speakers from within the health, fitness, nutrition, and psychology fields will also support your journey through our program, and have you thinking more proactively and sustainably towards a new you.
